Terms and conditions
- Our season is from the beginning of November until the end of April annually – when the weather is at is best for holidays
- Minimum stay 3 nights with a maximum of 2 persons per room
- Rates include: Continental breakfast
- Rates exclude: all drinks, transportation, laundry, activities and tips
- Check-in from 14:00 and Check-out by 10:30 – Early or late check-in may be arranged
- Rates are subject to change without further notice, rates are quoted in South African Rand / ZAR.
Child policy
- Children 12 years and older are welcome
Cancellation policy
- Forfeit 100% of total if guest cancels 14 days before arrival
- Forfeit 50% of total if guest cancels 30 days before arrival
- Forfeit 50% of deposit if guest cancels 60 days before arrival
- Forfeit 1 night if guest cancels more than 60 days before arrival
- All incurred expenses will also be deducted
- Refund willOnly Mastercard and Visa credit credit cards are accepted
- EFT is also possible – please request if required
- Full payment is required for confirmation of the booking
General
- We do not offer self-catering facilities
- No pets allowed
- Smoking is not permitted inside the guesthouse or on the deck area
