We spent 5 nights at Paul’s Guest House in December 2022.
The Guest House is well located in a safe and secure estate with a stunning view of the Bay and Robberg from the deck and the bedrooms. The house is new and very tastefully furnished throughout. The bedrooms are very spaciuos with lots of natural light.
Paul is very hospitable and friendly. He serves a delicious breakfast. He’s always ready to help and give advice about and / or organise outings in the surrounding area.
We would for sure stay again.

It is a perfect destination for a couple or friends touring the garden route over the age of 25. Very Neat and safe, adequate continental breakfast daily.
However this is not a suitable guest house for young adults especially if they are there for the matric rage it is too far from the events, although en-route from the rage-taxis and fine if you want to rather spend money on the taxi and stay safe and further away to enable relaxing sleep when not at the rage. The Host were also very unfriendly and treated them like kindergarten kids, they basically only slept their, ate breakfast and left again all day. He scolded them like a true hostel-father would for coming in after curfew, they were ages 18 and 19 and in places like Europe long over the travel alone age. Please make sure you do not send him any more matriculated young adults, even though our daughters were quiet guests keeping to themselves and they felt very uncomfortable in their very expensive accommodation.

We had to return and bring friends for the weekend.
An annual celebration with long-time friends in this exceptionally beautiful home had been in the planning for 6 months.
Great company, way too much food, some exceptional wine and adult beverages, very comfy rooms with everything necessary.
A chance to visit Monkeyland, Birds of Eden & Jukani.
Once friends had left on the Sunday we took time to chill on the deck in the tranquil surroundings of the Estate. Waking up to the sounds of the abundant bird-life, long walks along roads and trails to enjoy the beautifully manicured indigenous gardens & the fynbos in the veld. Took time to enjoy great views and long lazy breakfasts at some of the local eateries.
This could become an annual event.

This guesthouse is just stunning. Driving in from the security gate of the Brackenridge Estate is already a treat as one views the beautiful gardens and homes which have been painstakingly developed within the Estate. The Zachtours guesthouse at 13 Bitou Glade is modern and spacious with magnificent views of Robberg Point and Plettenberg Bay. There is really no reason to leave the property once one has dropped the luggage and settled down on the deck with a cold one. The views are magnificent and the property offers every comfort. So why go anywhere?
Well, the Plett area offers so many adventures. During the course of our weekend we went to the Harkerville Market (Saturday mornings) where one can enjoy breakfast and browsing and we also went to Monkey Land, Birds of Eden and Jukani Cat Sanctuary - all of which are world class tourist attractions. And there is so much more to do. One could stay in this area for two weeks and have something different to do each day.
The house is specifically designed with golfers in mind. There are four luxury rooms (think four ball plus partners) and there are numerous magnificent golf courses in the area. This would be the golf trip of a lifetime.
The purpose of our stay at the Zachtours Guesthouse was for an annual get-together of old friends. Thank you to Paul for making this the best "Boma" weekend yet. I hope that your guesthouse attracts loads of tourists in the future. It is a gem of a house and it was such a treat to be able to enjoy it.

A stunning home with exceptionally friendly staff. The house is kitted with all you need - only pack your clothes! You're treated to amazing views of Plettenberg Bay and the famous Robberg Point. We can't wait to be back!

This place is simply amazing! Beautiful interiors and design and breathe taking views! The location is close to everything, and very safe with simple lock up and go!
Loved that it was powered by solar panels so power failures did not affect us. The outside area is Devine for entertainment.
Absolutely 100% recommend this Beautiful place for anyone wanting to stay in Plett!

Perfectly positioned to enjoy all that Plett and the surrounding area has to offer, whether you're there for the hotels, restaurants and watering holes, the hikes, the mountain bike rides, the golf, the beaches, the markets or just to lie around the pool in the sun and braai. Moreover its off-grid set up and connectivity installations allowed those of us that had work commitments to participate in Teams and Zoom meetings regardless of load-shedding schedules. The hosts were friendly, well informed, easily available and full of good ideas which helped to make the most of our stay. A fabulous holiday. Will definitely be back. If you're seeking luxury in Plett, look no further than this guesthouse located in a secure estate. The colour palette and carefully selected decor all speak a stylish language to each other using words of detail and comfort. Each en-suite bedroom is like a master boudoir, and the kitchen, living and entertainment areas - of which there are numerous, both inside and outside - form part of a space utopia. No getting under anyone's feet here. This sanctuary certainly sets the bar at an impressive height!

Beautiful house

Perfectly positioned to enjoy all that Plett and the surrounding area has to offer, whether you're there for the hotels, restaurants and watering holes, the hikes, the mountain bike rides, the golf, the beaches, the markets or just to lie around the pool in the sun and braai. ☹ Schade, dass aus der Beschreibung bei booking.com nicht beschrieben war, dass die Besitzer dort ebenfalls wohnen und die gleiche Einrichtungen nutzen. Man war somit eingeschränkt in seiner Privatsphäre, da wir uns am Abend auch nicht zu den Besitzern und dessen Besuch auf die Terrasse setzen wollten. Hätten wir das gewusst, hätten wir das nicht gebucht. Frühstück eher Basic. Keine Eier, Pfannkuchen oder Ähnliches .

☹ Schade, dass aus der Beschreibung bei booking.com nicht beschrieben war, dass die Besitzer dort ebenfalls wohnen und die gleiche Einrichtungen nutzen.
